If you use other colors you can use other Blend Mode for a better result

1. Set the foreground color to #fecb3e and background color to #f37400

2. Change the foreground color to gradient foreground-background
Remember to check 'Invert'

3. Open the image 'Zoee_bg' 
(if you use other colors, you can recolor it with Adjust - White Balance)

Stand on the top Layer (Raster 2)

Edit - Cut (or press Delete on your keyboard)

Flood Fill the layer with the gradient

Layers - Arrange - Move Down

Activate the top layer (Raster 1)

4. Effects - Plugins - Xero - Simplicity

Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen More

Layers - Merge - Merge Visible

5. Layers - New Raster Layer (Raster 1)

Selection Tool - Custom selection

Change the foreground color to #ffffff (white)

Flood Fill Tool, set opacity to 60%

Flood Fill the selection with the foreground color (white)

Selections - Modify - Contract, 15 pixel

6. Activate the bottom layer (Merged)

Edit Copy

Activate the top layer (Raster 1)

Edit - Paste into selection

Selections - Select None

7. Effects - Plugins - Mehdi - Edges FX

Image - Free Rotate, Check Right and 90

Effects - Image Effects - Seamless Tiling

IEffects - Image Effects - Seamless Tiling (again) but with these settings

8. Activate the bottom layer (Merged)

Selections - Load / Save Selection - Load selection From Alpha Channel

Find Selection #1

Selections – Invert

Effects – Plugins - AP01 [Innovations] – Lines – Silverlining

Selections - Select None

9. Image – Canvas Size

Your image should look like this now

10. Activate the top layer (Raster 1)

Layers - New Raster Layer (Raster 2)

Selections - Load / Save Selection - Load Selection From Alpha Channel 
Same settings as before, but find Selection #2

Flood Fill Tool, change the Opacity back to 100%

Flood Fill the selection with the foreground color (white)

Selections - Select none

11. Effects – Distortion Effects – Wave

Layers - Duplicate

Image - Mirror - Mirror Horizontal (Image - Mirror in older versions of PSP)

Layers - Merge - Merge Down

12. Layers – Duplicate

Image - Mirror - Mirror Vertical (Image - Flip in older versions of PSP)

Layers – Merge - Merge Down

Layers – Arrange – Move Down

13. Selections – Load/Save selection - Load selection From Alpha Channel

Find Selection #1 again, settings as before

Edit - Cut (or press Delete on your keyboard)

Selections - Select None

Layers - Properties, Opacity 80

14. Activate the top layer (Raster 1)

Open the tube 'moon_vater'

Edit - Copy

On your image - Edit - Paste As New Layer (Raster 3)

Image - Resize 120%, Uncheck All Layers

Layers - Properties, Blend Mode Overlay

15. Open the tube 'Liza tube 352'

Edit – Copy

On your image– Edit – Paste As New Layer (Raster 4)

Image - Resize 60%, Uncheck All Layers

Effects – Image Effects – Offset

Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow

Color #ef2a03

16. Open the tube 'Lys2_CibiBijoux'

Edit – Copy

On your image – Edit – Paste As New Layer (Raster 5)

Image - Resize 60%, Uncheck All Layers

Image - Mirror - Mirror Horizontal  (Image - Mirror in older versions of PSP)

Move into place in the lower left corner as in my image

17. Open the tube 'Zoee_text_sunshine'

Edit – Copy

On your image– Edit – Paste As New Layer

Effects – Image Effects - Offset, settings as before, but change the numbers to -230 / 151

Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow, 2 / 2 / 100 / 0 - color # ef2a03

18. Layers  - Duplicate

Image - Free Rotate – Check Right and 90 (as before)

Effects – Image Effects - Offset  610 / -80

Layers – Properties, Opacity 50 and Blend Mode Luminance

Adjust – Sharpness – Sharpen

19. Activate the bottom layer (Merged)

Edit - Copy

20. Image Add Borders – Symmetric - 1 pixel –color #ef3707

Image Add Borders – Symmetric - 15 pixel –color #ffffff (hvid)

Image Add Borders – Symmetric - 1 pixel – color #ef3707

Image Add Borders – Symmetric - 40 pixel – color #ffffff (hvid)

21. Magic Wand with these settings

Select the last white border

Edit - Paste into Selection

Adjust – Blur - Gaussian blur, 5

Selections - Select none

22. Image Add Borders – Symmetric - 1 pixel –color #ef3707

Image Add Borders – Symmetric - 15 pixel – color #ffffff (hvid)

Image Add Borders – Symmetric - 1 pixel – color #ef3707

Resize your image if you want.

Add your name or watermark and save as JPG
